Configuration

The configuration carries three compartments with half-times and supersaturation ratio limits chosen for hand-auditability. The supersaturation limit is a plain ratio of absolute ambient pressure. It is not an M-value.

Limitations

  • Compartment half-times and supersaturation ratio limits are configuration values chosen for hand-auditability. They are not taken from any published parameter table.
  • The supersaturation limit is a plain ratio of absolute ambient pressure. It is not an M-value and carries no equivalence claim to any M-value formulation.
  • The no-decompression limit assumes instantaneous direct ascent to the surfacing pressure and accounts for no ascent time.
  • The no-decompression limit is resolved only to the declared search resolution, so a short excursion between two scan points goes undetected.
  • Oxygen exposure, bubble dynamics, workload, temperature and subject covariates are not modelled and are ignored if supplied.
  • Alveolar water vapour pressure is a required configuration value with no default, because published conventions differ and this adapter asserts none of them.
  • The golden baseline for this adapter was accepted by an automated build and no person has reviewed it.
