Dataset

OpenDeco synthetic pipeline fixture, not real data

This fixture holds five synthetic exposures written to exercise the OpenDeco path from dataset through adapter to prediction. Every value in it was generated. No exposure, subject, measurement, gas mix or outcome is derived from any real dive, study, publication, table or device.

CautionSynthetic fixture

Nothing in this record describes a real exposure. It exists so that the join from dataset to adapter to prediction can be exercised before a real dataset arrives, and it must never enter a scientific benchmark, a published release or any comparison presented as informative about real exposures.

NoteThis source records no medically verified outcome

The one label per exposure is assigned by the generator so that both label values occur. It encodes no physiological claim and cannot by itself establish decompression-sickness risk.

Overview

Five exposures: two single air exposures at different ambient pressures, one nitrox exposure, and a repetitive pair linked by a series identifier where the second exposure opens with a surface interval and replays from the first exposure's final tissue state.

The bundle is frozen. Its digest is committed beside it and the test suite regenerates the fixture and compares the two, so a silent edit breaks the build.

Source and citation

The dataset record carries no source location metadata, no study identifier, no source checksum and no citation, because no external source exists. Citing this fixture in scientific work would be citing a generator.

Population and exposures

Ambient pressure across the five exposures runs from 101,325 Pa at the surface to 461,325 Pa. In the derived display view of ADR-0007, using the fixture's own named conversion of 10,000 Pa per metre, that upper figure is 36 msw.

Outcomes

Each exposure carries one boolean label recorded as an other physiological endpoint with observation class exposure only, because nothing was observed and the outcome vocabulary has no term that would honestly describe a generated value as an observation.

Variables and units

All pressures are absolute pascals and all times are seconds, per ADR-0007. The depth equivalents are a display-only derivation computed through the named conversion fixed_10000_pa_per_metre, which is recorded on every exposure's pressure reference so that the conversion travels with the data.

Missingness

Every required field is populated, because the generator writes them all. A real source produces gaps and this fixture cannot stand in for that behaviour.

Access and licence

The fixture is released under CC0-1.0 and may be redistributed, modified and used commercially. Rights review is resolved as permitted. The licence covers a generated file and confers no permission over any real dataset.

Model-development history

No model in the registry was developed, calibrated or tuned on this fixture. The leakage registry of spec 191 holds no relationship pointing at it.

Does not exist for this source

A generated fixture cannot be development evidence for a model, and no relationship record claims otherwise.

OpenDeco normalization

The generator writes canonical records directly, so no transformation from a source vocabulary was applied and no transformation log exists. The ingestion parser and the fifteen quality gates are exercised by the two source fixtures listed beside this record in the catalogue.

Quality flags

The ingestion gate suite of spec 113 runs over a parsed source. This bundle is generated straight into the canonical schema, so the suite does not apply to it and the record carries no quality gate result.
